The Helic Training Program that you receive when you purchase the patent pending Hitting Helic gives you a new challenging weight sequence to follow each week. The Helic Training System develops sport-specific strength and power by using the exact muscles and skills used in a game. The program features weights that are heavy enough to produce a conditioning effect, yet light enough to not effect your normal batting mechanics. In the program are different variations of specific weight loads and training patterns. Without the variation in the program the body will adapt to the training patterns and the player will not see continued improvement. In our program the body is constantly challenged to allow for maximum gains.
In the program are recommended amount of swings to take. The player can exceed the # of swings as long as they don’t exceed 100 swings a day. Exceeding 100 swings can lead to over training, fatigue and lack of focus. If the program is followed it has shown to significantly increase bat speed over a period of seven weeks without altering your normal batting mechanics.
